My sleep pattern varies depending on what I’ve been up to, sometimes I sleep like a log all night, other times ….. well – I don’t!
There are so many reasons why people sleep badly, so I’ve put a few suggestions below. I give free consultations and mini workshops specialising in helping people to sleep properly and if you are interested in this, please contact me.
If I’ve been mentally active and can’t switch my brain off – I find using the Aromatic Foaming Bath and having a lovely ‘soak’, followed by applying the Aromatic or Beauty Sleep Body Butter. A quick spray of the Pillow Mist and usually I fall fast asleep quickly.
If my mind wakes me up in the middle of the night, I put a drop or two of Sweet Marjoram essential oil on a tissue under my pillow and usually fall asleep again. The Relaxation or Night Time roll on applied to my wrists, temples and throat helps too.
If its due to aches & pains, from gardening or exercising too much, then I definitely use the Seaweed & Arnica Foaming Bath, then apply the Arnica Salve to the aching areas.
Just needing TLC? Then definitely Rose & Pomegranate or Jasmine & Ylang Ylang followed by the matching body cream. These products work absolute wonders and all due to the power of the aromatherapy essential oils.
I do find the Beauty Sleep supplement helps me when needed too, and I love a cup of hot Cocoa Complex before bed.
I’ve just realised how many different products I’ve got!! But I don’t feel guilty because this is the ‘beauty’ of being a NYRO Consultant!
